RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS & CAREER DEVELOPMENT:

Opportunities for junior and newly promoted seafarers: We welcome and arrange practical onboard training for seafarers moving into a new rank or building their first sea-going experience.
Professional competence & compliance: Valid professional certificates (CoC/STCW) are required in accordance with international conventions and Flag State regulations, together with Maritime English suitable for multinational operations and work with PSC, agents and cargo owners.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary & income: A competitive and transparent salary framework, paid on time in accordance with the Seafarer Employment Agreement (SEA).
Welfare & crew-change arrangements: Full insurance coverage, repatriation support and flexible, timely relief and sign-on/sign-off schedules, with comprehensive care for seafarers throughout each assignment.
